2025 MPSF CHAMPIONSHIP (MEN)
RESULTS
Stanford Men Impress at First-Ever MPSF Championships
At the inaugural Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Championships on Lake Natoma, Stanford Men's Rowing showcased resilience and growth, securing third-place finishes across all grand finals. Facing top-tier competition, the Cardinal demonstrated significant progress and determination.
Both the V8+ and 2V8+ were fast and determined, not letting the grudge match between UW and Cal let them get too far away as they pushed each other. The V8+ closed the gap to the top by over seven seconds compared to 2024, and the 2V8+ reduced it by half.
The Stanford V4+ raced for the first time all season, and delivered one of the most spirited comebacks of the day—rising from last at the halfway point to overtake Oregon State in the closing meters. It was a gritty finish that encapsulated the Cardinal’s fighting spirit throughout the regatta.
