Welcome to the 9th Edition of Boathouse of Champions

With the frenetic spring racing season in the rearview mirror, the summer lull is upon us. I hope you enjoyed the weekly updates celebrating the outstanding season all the teams had, including an NCAA championship for the Open Weight Women. Enjoy the spring recap in this issue.

As you look ahead to fall, please mark your calendars for several events taking place over the weekend of October 17—19.

For those on the East Coast, come watch Stanford-affiliated rowers compete in the Head of the Charles and join the Friday night gathering (October 17).

For those on the West Coast—especially alumni from class years ending in 0 or 5—if you’ll be in the Stanford area for Reunion Weekend, please join us for two events on campus! On Friday, October 17, there will be a happy hour gathering, followed by a Saturday morning row out of the Stanford Boathouse on the 18th.

Watch for TRA emails in September and October with specific details for events on both coasts. Come one, come all: friends, family, and former rowers—all are heartily welcome.
