FALL 2025

Welcome to the tenth Edition of Boathouse of Champions

As The Rowing Association prepares to close out our fifth year as an organization, we take great pride in seeing three full squads of rowers hit the water this Fall. As you will read in the coaches’ reports, the Lightweights are aggressively rebuilding and having success in Fall racing, the Men are boating four full classes and getting valuable small-boat training in, and the Women are welcoming another strong frosh class in pursuit of an NCAA repeat!

The Reunion Rowing Reception welcomed 125+ alums and current rowers, and a record number of alums showed up Saturday at the boathouse for Alumni Row. ‘80, ‘85, ‘95, and ‘20 all put “Class 8’s” on the water. The 5th annual Head of the Charles pre-race gathering drew a loyal crowd, and generations of Stanford Rowing went down The Charles Friday-Sunday.

We look forward to welcoming all to Family Weekend and the NCAA Championship Ring Ceremony in February!

As we prepare to enter our sixth year, we are thrilled to have a University President and Athletic Director who believe in Olympic Sports and are prepared to do what it takes to aggressively fund them. Stanford is the global leader in Student Athlete, and with University leadership, we will not only hold that, we will drive our leading position further ahead.
